We are happy to present two great tools as part of our dedication to fostering online safety and mental health: "Your Choice" and the "Free Well-Being Pack."


YOUR CHOICE



YOUR CHOICE: Discover Your Choice, the KS3–KS5 comprehensive PSHE program that has won numerous awards. Packed with interesting, developmentally appropriate lessons for PSHE or form time.


Free Well - Being Pack



A carefully curated variety of tools, such as worksheets, mindfulness exercises, and relaxation techniques, is included in the Free Well-Being Pack to assist children's mental health and wellbeing. This kit gives kids the tools they need to prioritize their mental wellness in an increasingly digital environment, including stress-relieving activities and advice on keeping a healthy digital balance.


In conclusion, it is critical that we put our children's safety and wellbeing in the digital age at the top of our priority list as we observe Safer Internet Day and Children's Mental Health Week.  We have the chance to equip young brains with the information and abilities necessary to prosper in a world that is becoming more interconnected.
